La habitación no estaba limpia y sin toallas. Tampoco había personal para pedir toallas

The host was wonderful and kind! Lovely lovely experience. Called us taxis when we needed them!! So gracious. Best experience. Would return again!!

The building is like in the pictures. Nothing to say about it.

The hotel is in the middle of new buildings in construction, with constant noise from morning till evening. Impossible to relax, not even with the windows closed. The A/C is not working property / enough compared to the very high temperatures in the rooms on second floor. Due to several problems I left earlier and the staff was absolutely not helpful, not even with Booking staff. I reddomand to avoid this hotel at least till when all the works and renovations will come to an end in this area of Puerto Escondido.

Clean room, nice swimming pool, nice host, good location close to the beach and shops

Bed a bit small, the road to access is sand not concrete

Lots of common areas, including a pool and a well-equipped kitchen. Owner Laura is kind, helpful and patient. Our room was spotless and comfy, though the A/C didn’t seem to work too well.
