We had no water for the majority of our two night stay and received no updates from the manager as to why there was no water. Then a generator was stated up in the maintenance container 30m from our unit along with the noise this was unacceptable for a remote mountain retreat to have to listen to a generator. It was turned off only when I insisted it get shut down.

Perfect location, breathtaking views!

There's a outdoor bench/sunbed with no pillows. No chair or sofa in the room, so on rainy days you can only sit in or on the bed. The sink drain in the bathroom was broken, no handyman available on a Friday afternoon, so had to fix it ourselves. There's no dish rack in the kitchen. No salad bowl or platter. Dead plant in kitchen. Not a single tree anywhere near the pod.

Water distribution and having to not have hot water. Aircorn was limited time🥴

Most beautiful surroundings and view. The pods are well laid out for maximum comfort and luxury. Definitely one for the bucket list!

Very beautiful place.. looks exactly like in the pictures

Poor hospitality and no complimentary water or shower gels/lotions. No welcome note or message… paying for our own wood when we already pay so much for the stay didn’t make sense.
