The fish tacos were excellent!

The comfort station showers could have been cleaner.

Beautiful grounds, nice staff, loved my tent cabin, the bathrooms were impeccable, loved seeing people walking their dogs..

Didn’t like the automated breakfast situation. Much rather pay more and have wait staff take orders and come to the table.

Location and view were incredible, bed was cozy with the heated blanket on but mattress could be softer, and the sauna was great for warming up

The shower situation was not great. The showers were cold, being right by the doors to the bathroom that were held open. A stall with a solid door would be nice, there was only a flimsy curtain and there was only 1 full shower was shared by many people, but it was clean and the rest of the bathroom/sauna was amazing

I love coming to Costanoa. We tried the cabins and the family bungalows. They’re both relaxing and just what my family needed. Restrooms are clean and there were plenty. We loved walking around the place, the kids loved playing in the playground and using the bikes.

The beds in the family bungalows were not comfortable, but no biggie.

We loved the property and location!

Breakfast was a rip off, we ordered a breakfast burrito and got a “bowl” with eggs, cheese and one piece of bacon.

Mold specks inside tent cabin. Uneven picnic table associated with tent while others were level. Informed front desk so can they will remediate both issues.

The bed was dirty, and there was blood on the bed cover. The room smelled strongly of smoke, possibly from the fireplace, but we are not sure of the exact cause. My girlfriend woke up in the middle of the night with a severe headache, and there was blood coming from her mouth, which was very concerning. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, and we were not informed that there was no shower inside the room. For the price we paid, I believe the room was overpriced and not worth the cost. Previously, I stayed at Marconi Lodge, which had a private shower and bathroom, a lake view, clean bedding, body soap, shampoo, and hand soap. That stay was under $200 at the time of booking and was much cleaner and more comfortable. In this room, although there was a skylight, the window area had visible spider webs, which gave the impression that the room was not properly cleaned before being rented. Due to the lack of hand soap, we had to take a cup from the bar and fill it with hand soap from the bar’s restroom just so we could wash our hands in our room. Overall, the room was not clean, not properly prepared for guests, and did not meet reasonable expectations for the price charged. The room should have been thoroughly cleaned and properly stocked before being rented out.
