Costanoa

Awesome location. Beautiful scenery. Well maintained resort. Loved the fire pits all over and that we could get cozy in front of a fire. The beds in the lodge are very comfortable. Beautiful bathroom in our king room.

The hot tub was under renovation and we weren't informed while booking. So no hot tub time to relax.

Location was great. Lots to do and see in the area. We loved being off the beaten track, but in the middle of outdoor activities. The facility was mainly nice as it was nearly empty. Views from around the property were wonderful. Room was clean and okay size. Nice to have a decent restaurant with friendly staff on-site, as a few of the normal local restaurants didn't seem to be open at all, despite the information sheet saying they were.

Both the front and sliding door were difficult to lock. Loud, consistent walking sounds from upstairs room for a few hours one night. Front desk staff could have cared less if we were happy or not. First person couldn't figure out the computer system, so we stood around for 10 minutes. Last person was quite passive aggressive when I mentioned we were kept awake for multiple hours by walking sound above us. The place was being renovated, so it seems like they are trying to improve, but I would not want to be here in the busy season and felt the cost didn't equal the treatment.

我們是為了看 California quail跟海象來住Costanoa渡假村的 我們訂的是帳篷屋很舒服。天氣寒冷，有電爐可以取暖，床很舒服。Costanoa渡假村本身的園區很大 像一個大型的國家公園 有步道可以直接走到海邊或者是國家公園 要住幾天才能夠享受這麼自然寬敞的園區 下次我們想租露營車過來，渡假村有很多區露營區 規劃的非常專業，每個區域都有很大的共用浴室跟廚房 每個區域都有烤箱設備 有錢的人可以住大木屋，選擇很多。不會很擁擠。很高興在這裡看到了好幾大群的California quail 跟蜂鳥。

There should be more budget friendly food or snack options like a food truck etc. The restaurants are really expensive. I know that camping means most folks prefer to prepare their own food..but it will be helpful for beginners.

Family bingo and trivia was fun.

We’ve stayed at Costanoa several times. Either in the lodge or one of the cabins. We stayed in the lodge, in a premium king this last time and paid $400+/night. The cleaning crew didn’t clean our bathrooms. We could tell that the bathtub was dirty from the previous day and after 3 nights, we expected it to be cleaned at least once but it wasn’t.
