Clean, I can't say it wasn't clean. Fyrniture is new as it was recently renovated, but badly renovated. The local store next to the building with the best bread in Madeire and the real local people without the polish for tourism. Loved them

Avoid this! The rooms in the back of the house have a serious problem ith mold, humidity and these humidity bugs. Creepy stuff. The beack vedroom smelled like mold so bad that he had to move the mattress in the livingroom and place it on the couch ast that wasn't the cleanest thing and not inviting to sleep on. The kitchen is a different, way cheaper style the rest if the apartment, eg they had a mini dushwasher that their bigger plates were not fitting in. They were missing basic things like dishwasher soap, etc showing the hosts do not care and that it's just a business. This was the most expensive and the worst stay in Madeira. the other ones in Funchal and Canical were super nice and cheaper! Also, theur pictures are a lie. For our apartment there was no teerrace. That outside table is on the bext floor next to another apartment. Cheap lie and overall kind of a joke that robbed us. I guess tgeir business will reflect the kind of not xaring they put in.

Very good apartment with two bathrooms and a huge kitchen with all the necessary facilities. The hall is really good for sitting with friends and spending time together in the evening. In the morning, it's so nice to drink a cup of coffee while sitting on the balcony with an ocean view

We had some problems finding this apartment according to coordinates, given in description. It took us about 30 minutes to drive to necessary place😅

Location convenient

We were surprised that the unit is on the fourth floor...only accessible by stairs. It made carrying luggage to the unit very difficult. At age 75 , my wife and I are thankful to be in good health, but it was not a pleasant surprise.

Clean and spacious

Water pressure was very weak at times.

Flat after the renovation, open space in living room, bar and shop downstairs the apartment

Wonderful view, great facilities and super comfortable and clean apartment. Highly recommended!
