"Nice location but not good service."

Very nice location for visits to the middle of the island (Rabacal, Paul de Serra etc). Not far to Calheta.

Big problems with a hot water. In 50% time no hot water. Very narrow beds only 70 cm for adult. It is very bad for sleeping. Noicy location directly to the main street. Close to c crch v lo church with a noicy bell. Modern interior but not finished and not good organised. Apartment need to improve everything according the price.
