The staff during the day at beverages and food drot are lazy, unfriendly and lack customer care

Central location and comfortable time.

There's no noice control. Two out of the three nights people stepped into their rooms in the early hours, making a noise and waking us up. Certainly not a way to relax.

Stopped for sleepover on our way to Port Alfred. The hotel personnel were friendly and our room was neat and clean. The small veranda was great. The breakfast was average, but good enough. Perfect hotel for a quick stopover.

I was a bit concerned when the main entrance gate was unguarded, free for anyone to enter. However, once inside the hotel the parking seemed safe and we did not experience any problems.

The friendliness of the staff guys in reception you were amazing!
