Location is next to the main road.

There's no bar fridge and the balcon was dirty. Menu was not good and the cutlery at outside tables are exposed to dirt.

Location is central, cleanliness

I think there is some downgrading that took place. The room had a broken server/desk, worst of all, we prebooted a take away breakfas (which was included in our stay) a night b4. From Maphelo but to our surprise when it was time to collect as planned in the morning, the cooks/kitchen staff were all surprised. They said no order was rebooted. We reported a loose bathroom lock which was never fixed
