beautiful views. lots of room. close to town.

the door lock was very stiff. this was brought to the attention of Miss Ksenia and it was oiled but it still wasn’t ideal. the shower needed a good scrub and it leaked. you have to take care using the stairs and there was a danger of bumping your head

The location to the town was fantastic and the gardens were lovely and very well kept. The apartment was extremely roomy with plenty of kitchen equipment if needed. The pool looked great but weather wasn't warm enough to use whilst we were there. Staff were a great help when we got lost finding the garage which is in fact a multi-story car park. Complex could do with a large sign at entrance of garage/car park. If the entrance is noticed when driving, but too late to enter, it is good to know that if you drive about 100 meters to petrol station, turn left into station and drive another 25 or so meters you will have done a U-turn and can approach the car park/ garage and able to turn left into😊

The apartment, whilst very spacious, was very dated and needs some attention. Bed is a pull down bed with a memory foam mattress which I didn't find comfortable. The shower was quite powerful but shower cabinet leaked, toilet seat needed fixed, we tried but didn't have tools.

the lady that meet us was amazing and did her best to make sure we had a good time

the place was freezing and clearly the cleaning staff didn’t clean. when we lifted the beds they were filthy underneath. the place was also freezing and we used the heating as they only provided 1thin sheet for each bed and 1 blanket only 1 for all three beds. we did contact the lady and she provided 1 more light blanket the last night (again going out of her way). the door class to the patio was broken so the breeze got in. and the curtains didn’t fit so I would say the place gets extremely hot in summer.

The location is amazing. Really closed to the old town and also the cable car. The apartment was very clean and the host was friendly and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants. The swimming pool was great as well.

The kettle wasn't suitable for the sockets so we couldn't use it. There was no toilet rolls and hand wash so we had to buy it ourselves.
