Brook Lodge Garden Flat

The location is perfect for exploring Swanage, the coastal walks and the surrounding area. The flat was clean, quiet and comfortable and much bigger than the photos suggested! Including a well-equipped kitchen. Free parking is a massive bonus and Caroline was friendly and helpful.

Some of the decor could do with an update and there are minor details that could be improved (darker curtains in the bedroom, bigger softer towels) - but overall it's got everything you need!

Beautiful flat , much bigger I found than in the photos. Lovely and clean , very homely and comfy, with a lovely sun trap garden. Just a few minute’s walk from the town , what a gem of a place.

Very spacious and comfortable flat. Excellent location, just a couple of minutes from the High Street and the sea front. The railway station also moments away. Co-op across the road for groceries. Easy parking at the property. Lots of local information, maps etc provided.

Perfect location, very spacious and well-equipped apartment. Lovely walks from the doorstep and a great variety of shops and restaurants around the corner.

The property is very comfortable and spacious, it was clean and well heated with a well equipped kitchen. The location is a short flat walk to the shops and beach. Off road parking is a bonus. Plus the nearby large modern Co-op supermarket is very handy.
