"A great holiday base in Swanage"

The location is great, close to town centre, to the steam train, with its own car park.

Wish I had known that the toilet is not in the bathroom. It's separate across the corridor with no wash hand basin inside and one must go across the corridor into the bathroom to wash hands afterwards.

Brook lodge was perfectly located close to the town and the beach. The accommodation was very spacious and had everything you needed. I would highly recommend this apartment

"We visit family in Swanage often and this is the best accommodation we have stayed in by far."

Exceptionally clean, very spacious, comfortable furniture and bed, and very well equipped with everything you need and more! Excellent communication with the host Caroline and we hope to stay at Brook Lodge in the future.

Great location on the green. A beautiful house and an excellent, comfortable room. The hosts were most welcoming and charming. The breakfast was very good indeed. We will certainly stay here again.
