Brooke Lodge is an absolute gem of a find! Just wish we had found it earlier. Immaculate property, super clean, with so much character a real home from home, cosy welcoming feel. The property has everything you need for a perfect stay! We will definitely be returning. 10/10

Perfect apartment, huge, spotless, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Two minutes walk from the sea & 1 minute to the shops.

"Great Stay"

This place was amazing. It was really clean and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the place was huge with high ceilings. I liked that there was hand sanitizer provided even though I brought my own. The neighbours were friendly the couple of times we bumped into them in the front garden. The flat is fully self contained, there isn't a communal hallway, the front door opens straight into the property. There were even board games so if you didn't want to go out and didn't want to watch TV there was always something to do. Location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the beach and plenty of shops near by. So glad we stayed.

"A real gem in Central Swanage"

Brooke Lodge is a real gem and we loved staying there. Location. The location is brilliant - close to the town centre and Sea front - approx 4 mins walk to the beach Directly opposite the Co-op supermarket and so close to the station that you can hear the Steam trains when they whistle. Accommodation. The Flat is enormous - it may be only one bedroom but has a massive lounge with two big sofas, a 4 seat dining table and a big flat screen TV. There is a dining room with a table which has 4 chairs but could seat 8, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room & separate loo, a very spacious bed room with a double bed and a small patio area with some outdoor furniture. Plus a parking space for one car. The weather was warm so we didn't use the heating but the shower is great - powerful and warm. Plus it is all on the ground floor so no stairs
