The area in wales was nice

Firstly the heating wasnt working properly. Had to email the owner several times as when we arrived the property was freezing. Instead of warming it up ahead of our arrival. The jacuzzi bath leaked from the bottom. Jets blocked, pool table one ball stuck inside and can't play properly due to location within property. Freezing living room. In the pool table was some gunk look at photos. The floors were not hoovered walking round the floor was gritty. Tried to use the hoover but that just kicked dirt out. Asked the owner to refund due to all problems and refused. Im now escalating this further. The photos will be provided to booking. Com and for legal action.

Nice location. Excellent room sizes. Parking was plentiful.

No handwash/soap in any of the bathrooms The doors in the bathrooms had no locks and would just slide open. Even though in a very quiet rural location there was plenty of noise coming from The beer garden ? at the back till very late into the night/early hours of the morning.

The space & size, the lovely high ceilings, the pool table & hot tub & fire pit. Was clean & nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy beds, lovely bathrooms. Nice quiet area, well-maintained site. Glamping pods on site looked amazing & loved the fairy lights around the site. Only stayed one night as we were on our way home from a holiday in The Lake District, but was convienient for an appointment we had just a few miles away. Would have loved to stay for longer. Hope to return one day.

Very spacious both inside and out with all the appliances you could possibly need. It’s very comfortable and was ideal for a family catch up.

I liked everything. I’d read some less than complimentary reviews so wasn’t expecting it to be quite as good as it was. It’s a large converted barn type building and I really enjoyed staying there, I’d go back tomorrow.

It was big

Ordered hot tub paid for pizza dough. Someone on hot tub and dough at £20!wasn’t delivered. Money was stolen £90 in total door to outside landing wouldn’t close and no response from owners despite 2 days of trying via phone & email.

The property description did not match the facilities that were on site. The description claims the ‘standout feature’ is the hot tub, which is an inflatable hot tub from Costco, not the one in the pictures. The pictured hot tub was the stand alone reason for booking the property, extremely disappointed when we arrived. When I called the property manager upon arrival, her attitude was appalling with sarcastic remarks and no apologetic tone. Additional to this the property claims to have electric charging on site, this was not working, the property is in a remote rural area, it was only considered because of the electric charging it claimed to have, this left me almost stranded the next morning. Moving on to the BBQ, a disgusting grill, half broken and in a right state, not to mention the pool table which was also half broken, missing balls and only one half broken cue. Extremely disappointed with my stay here, would not recommend to anyone, the cabin next door had the same feelings, everyone on the site hated it.
