We has no breakfast as the so called hotel was disgusting and not clean. Facilities were extremely poor. The place was cold and they wanted to charge extra for heating. Absolutely mis-sold on the website and am very unhappy at both Booking.com and the Hotel. I will be speaking to my solicitors about this and may not use Booking.com again as we all felt we had been catfished when booking as the pictures were nothing like what we were sold ! Booking.com NEED TO DO THEIR RESEARCH BEFORE RIPPING OFF AND CONNING CUSTOMERS !!

Everything was poor. So poor we left after one night. The hotel charged me for the full 3 night which I am disgusted with

Not clean enough. Sheets were wet. It says on website that they offer a free airport shuttle, but they charged me at the hotel. And, review was posted without my consensus!

Comfortable bed.

Terrible location . Except for one receptionist, all other staff did not understand English nor could resolve problems. No warm water though it was freezing cold temperatures. No toilet paper. Very small shower area that wet the rest of the bathroom. No working TV. No place to eat the meager breakfast served.
