"average if you want somewhere to sleep."

room was clean. had window. bed was comfortable.

kettle was filthy. asked for a replacement three times. was laughed and told they had cleaned it, when they hadn't. locks on door and window wasn't very secure. said breakfast was included in price but it wasn't. TV didn't work and they made no attempt to sort it when asked. staff member also came to our room and removed the air con remote so we couldn't use it.
