Spacious room, clean bathroom, friendly staff

Not much English spoken but that wasn’t an issue.

The room was very nice and comfy and bathroom excellent. Everything was clean and expensive looking. They really should not have included breakfast or we would have rated it very highly.

Breakfast was poor and had almost run out by 8.30. The omelettes were cooked by a girl who looked about 16 and were badly burnt, the juice was already finished and the second tea/coffee had to be paid for. The check out girl was also very young and confused.

Boutique hotel. Nice staff. Nice room. Nice Bath room. Good Breakfast.

Location bit off.

Large clean room. We had to leave before breakfast for airport, so they offered a boxed breakfast. Very nice.

The booking.com app advertised an airport shuttle - there was no shuttle.

This is a lovely, comfortable and cosy hotel in Turkestan. The staff were so friendly and professional, the hotel has a restaurant on premises servicing good quality meals and wines, very convenient if you don't want to go out. The rooms are a great size, the bathroom and maintenance is immaculate throughout the rooms and common areas, the bed was so very, very comfortable. We stayed an extra night to see a few more things in and near Turkestan and we're very happy to have this lovely place to come home to. Very happy to recommend a stay in this hotel.

It would be amazing if there were some restaurants nearby to walk to but taxis are affordable and everything is close, nothing else to note.

Silk way is a royal stay! It is palacial and the size of the room reflects it. Super clean and comfortable. Amazing staff and great breakfast! It is absolute value for money. If I had time, I would have stayed back just to enjoy the feel of this property :)
