Everything was nice and clean; but the best thing were not the hotel itself but it’s staff. Damira made the difference, she was really helpful, tried to make us as comfotable as possible and even arranged us a trip to Sauran in 5 mins. Thank you Damira! Wish someone like you worked in every hotel ✨

To say something, A/C should have a little more power as rooms are quite big

Super rooms with very comfortable beds. The staff are extremely attentive. The receptionist (sorry, I have lost her name) arrange transport to the border and even kept in touch to make sure I got there safely..

I absolutely loved my stay at Boutique Hotel Silkway in Türkistan! The friendly and helpful nature of the two girls at the reception, Madina and Damira, made my experience even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic stay.

Honestly, there wasn't much I didn't like about this accommodation. It ticked all the boxes for me, from the excellent facilities to the comfortable and clean rooms. It truly provided great value for money.
