Hotel Finca Campo Bello

The views are spectacular, the suites were complete with all essentials and were clean. All staff were amazing! Food was really good.

Service at the restaurant was slow. We needed to go to the bar area to tell the staff to order food. Bed were very firm that we woke up with a backache. Rusty hoses in bathroom.

Spiders and narrow road to hotel but you can’t really prevent that given the location

La vue est splendide et l'endroit est bien situé pour voir divers attraits du Cerro Verde. Les lits sont propres et confortables.

La piscine était sale et très froide, nous nous sommes pas baignés. Les barrures des portes patio et fenêtres ne se fermait pas, ce qui empêche les visiteurs de laisser des items de valeur dans la chambre. Il serait intéressant que les sentiers pédestres soit bien identifiés, c'est un attrait agréable. Les employés sont généralement sur leur téléphone au lieu de prendre soin de l'endroit et des clients. C'est un bel endroit mais nous avions de plus grandes attentes vu le prix.

Beautiful views of the volcano. The Igloos are convential located near the restruant which offers even more amazing views of the valley below and delicious food and drinks!

Our hot tub took too long to heat up, so it would have been nice to have it heated before we got to the room. If you have any leg injuries the stairs can be quite a monster.

El paisaje. Como están enclavadas las habitaciones entre la naturaleza y lo espacioso y variedad de ambientes. Desayuno y la comida muy buena. La excursión al volcán.

I had a beautiful view from my room and all the facilities are clean and neat!

The steak I ordered at the restaurant was a little disappointing, It was not grilled it was cooked in a pan instead. The gave us two single beds instead of a regular double bed, the pool was disappointing because it was a bit dirty and cold
