Hotel Finca Campo Bello

Beautiful view. Be very sure to book the right igloo- only certain ones get a volcano view. Nice to have the restaurant attached with included breakfast. Get to have a private guided hike to Santa Ana volcano from the grounds which we appreciated.

The place was so bare. The coffee maker did not work. Not even a spoon or fork or plate to eat. No floor mat in front of the shower. No one came to clean our rooms or provide more shampoo samples that we asked for. Not responsive to requests over WhatsApp or in person. Very far from anywhere driving.

Além da paisagem maravilhosa, os quartos são amplos e agradáveis e o hotel disponibiliza (mediante pagamento) passeios para a cratera do vulcão e cafezais na região. O restaurante anexo oferece refeições bem preparadas, com preços relativamente bons.

O café incluído na diária não tem variedade, oferecendo uma única opção.

Die Lage am Berg ist umwerfend, vor allem, wenn man die Vulkantour plant. Architektonisch herausragend.

Beautiful view, amazing accommodation, great value.

The staff canceled my booking and then tried to blame it on me when they had already seen and sent proof of confirmation of my stay. Then attempted to charge more to rebook. But, overall, we had an incredible time, and this was a small blip in the stay.

Perfect location and view,

First night there was no electricity and water in the house (maybe there was strong wind) morning we did not get our breakfast, despite we agreed a day before because we had to leave early (trekking to volcano Santa Ana) waiting for 20 minutes, but nobody was there… The rooms has a bad odour, we had to leave the all windows open during the night and no mosquito net Last day dinner made us a food poisoning…

Nos encantó lo alejado de la cuidad y lo tranquilo q se sentía estar ahí entre el bosque.

El parqueo está un poco complicado para poder ingresar y salir así como no contar con asistencia para el traslado del equipaje ya q los acceso a las habitaciones es rústico
