"ACCEPTABLE."

IT WAS A GOOD BREAKFAST AND ALSO THE VIEW.

THERE WAS NO WIFI AT ALL AT MY ROOM, ONLY BY THE RECEPTION AREA AND THE RESTAURANT.

"Amazing hotel stay"

Beautiful private beach and swimming pool.Staffs were super nice and helpful. Restaurant was good too.

The hot water for shower only lasted 3 seconds then needed to restart again. But I am thinking most of people don’t shower with hot water there. Not big deal tho.

The location and the Bungalow was excellent, we enjoyed a beautiful view of Izalco Volcano, The Restaurant Dos Alas was really good, food and the staff are very kind. The entire place and views were amazing. We loved our stay in this place.

Maybe you had to wait the water get hot.

Todo bien

Lo único que no le pareció que para cena está súper lleno y los huéspedes no tenían prioridad por ejemplo trate de reservar mesa para la cenapero le dijeron que no era necesario y cuando fui estaba una espera de mínimo hora y media como sugererencia deberían tener lista para los huéspedes con prioridad de tener mesa antes y después solo los que llegan a cenar otra lista eso sería lo único

"Hotel con grandes vistas y mucho por mejorar"

La ubicación. Es muy buena, es la única razón del precio elevado. Pero la experiencia hotelera es pobre.

El acceso al hotel está deteriorado. La habitación el suelo muy sucio. No habían fundas de las almohadas. No hay mobiliario para disfrutar la piscina solo sillas no hay tumbonas. No teníamos ni toallas. El wifi tiene muy poca cobertura. Se desconecta constantemente.
