"Una gran aventura volcánica 👍🏼"

Nos encantaron sus jardines y la Naturaleza alrededor y sonreímos todo el majestuoso volcán de Izalco.

No me pareció correcto que no incluyan el desayuno , el precio es demasiado alto para no hacerlo. Faltaron muchas cosas en el igloo, como por ejemplo vasos para tomar agua .

La vista es muy buena (increíble) y la habitación está muy bien

A pesar de que el personal fue muy educado, el servicio no fue bueno. La recepción fue mala, nadie nos indicó lugares, horarios, servicios, excursiones, etc. la comunicación por wasap tampoco fue buena. El servicio de comida (cena y desayuno) tampoco fue bueno. Mucha demora, y poca / mala organización. (La comida estaba rica). La pileta es de adorno, no habían lugares donde sentarse y la gente come frente a ella. Creo que para el valor que pagamos la habitación, deberíamos haber tenido un mejor servicio.

La proximidad al volcán de Santa Ana es excelente, con guías y compañías para subir al volcán convenientemente localizados a la propiedad que ayudan con el proceso de exploración.

La carretera para llegar a la propiedad es peligrosa, demasiada estrecha y sin iluminación. El estacionamiento de la casa en que nos quedamos eran muy incómodos.

I cannot give this hotel a high rating due to poor communication and organization. I booked two nights months in advance via Booking.com and confirmed an 11 PM arrival, which the hotel acknowledged through the platform. I had already arranged a private driver to pick me up from the airport and take me to the hotel late at night. While I was already on a flight with no internet, the hotel messaged saying late check-in required an extra fee that had to be arranged in advance—even though my late arrival had already been confirmed on Booking.com. I replied before takeoff confirming I was still coming and willing to pay, but when I landed hours later they had given my room away, despite an active reservation and pending charge. My driver tried calling them multiple times to help, but they were completely unresponsive, leaving me to find a last-minute hotel at midnight. The next morning, I messaged to say I was still coming for my second night and the 9 AM volcano tour. When I arrived, there was no apology; instead, they told me that luckily one room was available, which was absurd, as I had already reserved it months ago. A few important notes for travelers: • Safety & Connectivity: As a solo female traveler, the room setup was a concern. Igloo #3 is a long, poorly lit uphill walk from the restaurant. With zero Wi-Fi, zero cell service, and no room phone, I had no way to contact staff in an emergency. The TV also didn't work due to the lack of internet. • Language: Most staff and the front desk only speak Spanish. I am bilingual, so I could manage, but non-Spanish speakers should be aware. • Facilities: The door lock was difficult and the hot water pressure was very weak. The views, the restaurant staff, and the volcano guide, Cesar, were the highlights of the stay. However, if the hotel refuses to honor confirmed reservations, they should stop using Booking.com.
