Portofino Above the Sea

This location was amazing. This apartment was one of the nicest apartments I have stayed at in all my stays. Everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Above the Seas in Portofino. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped; the use of the washing machine was especially helpful during our stay. The location is truly unbeatable, right on the marina, allowing us to enjoy peaceful mornings and watch the locals start their day. Just a 5-minute walk away, Baia Cannone beach was a hidden gem—quiet, scenic, and perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to soak in the charm of Portofino!

Spacious apartment with stunning sea views. Perfect for a family of 4. Communication with Federico was superb. Great family vibe and history in the apartment. Easy walk from the bus stop. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We had a fabulous stay in Portofino by the Sea, the location was incredible, a highlight was watching Portofino come to life in the mornings through the beautiful windows, perfectly positioned above the water. The apartment was spacious and there was plenty of room for our family of four to relax. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and would love to stay again.

1 double room it doesnt have window ,i stayed in the living room, i moved the matress from the bed to the living room

Nothing really, but a booklet with some information about how to use the washing machine and wifi and some local restaurant and hiking information etc would have been useful, like you receive in a hotel

If there was air conditioning, especially in the two back bedrooms, this property would be an 11 out of 10. Saying that, when we stayed in Portofino the weather was wonderfully warm, so if your staying in the cooler months, it wouldn’t be a problem.

The location of the apartment was amazing! The apartment was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed. There is a great gelateria and restaurant downstairs.

There are stairs next to the bedroom windows which can be a bit noisy.
