*** FRAUD... PLZ DON'T BOOK *** (PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING) I have booked this hotel ( AC room with TV, Standard double bed) for 2 days for 2 person @ Rs.1064. Hotel manager first asked additional amount Rs.500 and told that he will give Non AC room with single bed. I told him that my booking is for AC room, Standard double bed. Finally after long argument, he agreed for AC room and collected cash Rs.1100 from us. He told us to wait in Non- AC room for 30min and till then he will make AC room ready. So,We shifted our luggage to Non AC waiting room and was waiting for our AC room to get ready. Meanwhile , we reported this incidence to Oyo customer care. After one hour, we went to reception and enquired about AC room. Hotel manager arrogantly asked us that why we complaint to OYO?? He told us that now he will not give AC room and we have to continue with Non AC waiting room. We told him that as we have paid for AC room either he should give AC room or should return our amount. Shockingly, he denied giving AC room and told us that he is nt going to return the amount. He told that even we can complaint to OYO. They cant do anything Immediately we call OYO customer care, they tried alot to help us but they too was helpless as hotel owner do not respond to OYO call. OYO seniors also tried but nothing happens except for sorry. Finally we reported incidence to POLICE on 100. Immediately they informed to Tiruchanoor police station. I received call from police station and they sent police to hotel reception. Police had taken Hotel manager with them to police station and asked us too to come to police station to report the incidence. After going to police station, we saw that hotel manager was sitting on the floor and his mobile has been taken by police. Police station Incharge had listened to our incidence and responded very well. Police Immediately ordered manager to return our amount. Finally, we got our amount back. Thanks to Tiruchanoor police.
