We had booked AC Rooms, however they did not give AC rooms and told they didn't have any room, they are saying to contact OYO for everything. We had reached the hotel at 11pm and they failed to give the room we booked. No soap or towel was given, and Facilities were bare minimum, also as per booking.com we had to pay Rs. 1077 for 2 AC rooms however they charged Rs. 1200 for only one Non-AC room and also no TV is there in the room as mentioned in website.
