The facility was so dirty I did not stay there Please refund my money

It was a very dirty inside Very small room quite smelling

close to Manchester Marathon and Man United Stadium; Marian replied in whatsapp

toilet was not flushing well - needs repair;

Absolutely nothing also asked for refund as we left before our actual check in time Also asked for refund to which I got no reply

It’s a room in a house which was stone cold freezing We where informed on arrival that their would be other people staying in the other bedrooms which I wasn’t going to take the chance as I had my son with me

Nothing at all , was disgustingly dirty

Dirty room , dirty shared bathroom , no heating , shower not working no hot water

Not a lot to like. The location was okay , close to my family.

The whole place is in need of TLC. For what she charges for the "deluxe" double room Maureen could make sure that the place is heated for guests, there was no heating, luckily there is a convection heater in the bedroom. The place is shabby, particularly the bathroom, there were bits of wood left around from bodge jobs. Redecoration is necessary everywhere. The decoration is depressing, the furniture looks like junkshop bought, the sofa has a large rip in it. Stains on the shabby stairs carpet. No fire safety. Regular upkeep and listening to reviews is a necessity.

The property was cold there was no heating it was also dirty with a snapped broom shank in the bedroom. Loose plugs in room. Shared bathroom was dirty
