It is a scruffy dirty doss house.

The location is a 30min walk to Old Trafford. The building is Victorian house with some period features remaining.

The bathroom is a shared bathroom between 4 rooms not a private bathroom as stated. Furniture and lawnmower stored in hall way which is a fire exit route. Lack of light switches in hall left us walking in the dark.

Only 35 min walk to Emirates Cricket Ground.

Dirty - sticky dirty. Very, very basic. £95 room should have been £35 max. Went to get a drink of water, kitchen cupboard doors were greasy to open, then filthy inside - couldn’t bring myself to use them. Bedroom wasn’t nice, but doable for 1 night only. Owner wasn’t at the property and had left no details on how to enter the property, and hadn’t emailed beforehand, so I had to find contact details and ring her in the street (next guests had to do the same). Then all guests had to share the same front door key and return it to the key box, so you’ve got to rely on everyone returning it or you wouldn’t be able to get back in.
