Christie's Cottage Countryside Escape with Spa

This place was a little piece of heaven

Everything, even a welcome from the deer. Quiet peaceful location, friendly helpful welcome. Very well equipped cottage - had everything we could need. We can understand why the previous high reviews and would definitely recommend.

Can't think of anything - we wish the weather had been better! Ha ha! I wish we hadn't forgotten our daughters cuddly toy - that Donna helpfully posted onto us!

Everything Donna and Robert were very lovely, very helpful and to hand to guide us through the house and the neighbourhood. The cottage and spa were welcoming, warm, quiet, spacious and very relaxing 😌. We had a beautiful holiday… despite the Autumn weather 🌦️ in Summer 😀 I wholeheartedly recommend it to all…..

Beautiful cottage, really lovely decor and so cosy. Had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking a full meal. Photos don't do it justice - it is even more gorgeous in real life. The location was perfect for what we needed, you would ideally need a car to get about. The host was really friendly and helpful, helped us organise a taxi to the wedding we were attending and had the heating on for us arriving so it was lovely and warm. She had also left us fresh butter, eggs, scones and other bits and bobs in the kitchen to use as well as some toiletries in the bathroom. Plenty of space for 6 adults. It didn't bother us at all but there it is worth noting there is only one bathroom, however this wasn't a problem at all for us. We had a wonderful weekend. The garden was absolutely beautiful and the farm out the back was lovely seeing all the animals! Great place for pre-wedding photos as well. The bedrooms were lovely, really comfy beds, plenty of space to hang your clothes. Plenty of space for parking. There was also a swing outside and outdoor table for dining if the weather's nice!

The house was absolutely clean and in such a good spot. The host was very helpful. It has a fully working kitchen. Very much cozy and relaxing environment. Will definitely come back soon.

The atmosphere of the cottage was cosy ,everything you need and spotless ,30 mins from Derry to shop!..a great welcome from hosts
