Staff is cooperative

Rooms were not cleaned even ceiling fan is not working washroom is too dirty if I talk about meal is not tasty totally it was worst experience of my life to stay in this hotel

Everything. Ac was automatically tripping. Tv remote was not there. Room is too old that the paint started to peel off. No heater but boiling hot water even in faucet and wash basin. No lock to toilet. Bed is too old the springs are saggy. Bedsheets are stained and smelly. No towel and toiletries provided. Room lock is sometimes not working. Lift is out of order. And no room service. Worst experience of all time. Evey item i complained to reception. But no use.
