"Disappointing experience!!"

After booking the room with the option of paying at the check-in desk, I have received an email from the hotel informing that I have to pay beforehand in order to reserve my booking! I obliged and I have made an online transaction. I informed the hotel that I'll be doing the late check-in (around 01:00) and they confirmed that they are fine with it. The room which they provided is pathetic! It is stinking and the cockroaches are crawling on the walls. The bedsheets looked unwashed. I went back to my car and slept in the car the whole night. I am still wondering that how come this property is even listed on Booking.com???
