Room service they don’t clean the rooms and toilets properly and the staff a rude

La première qu’on avait donné n’était top heureusement il mon surclassé si non j’allais partir trop bruyant les horaires de bus trop compliqué.

Generally, I used to stay on this hotel for performing Umrah and I always found it good price and good service, including shuttle service. In Ramadan, it was my first experience with this hotel and I was little bit disappointed due to high price & low service, probably due to Ramdan but it is not the right justification because hotel charge 400 times more expensive than normal days so they should provide services accordingly. Positive point is that shuttle service was available in Ramadan which saved taxi cost and became hassle free travelling to Haram.

Furnitures are old, should be upgrade.

Family room was spacious, and the living room was big and comfy. Elevators are plenty, and shuttle busses are super clean. Parking is spacious and staff are helpful. Toilets are clean and room service are available whenever you call for cleaning or help. Furniture is clean and comfy and doesn't smell bad.

Shuttle bus stop at Haram is far and walking distance is not suitable for elderly or children, upon returning people from other hotels jump on and fill-in busses quickly. Either you run and get jammed in the crowd or wait for an hour after prayer is finished till busses get a couple of rounds to be clear for service. Beds are not that comfy, but that's a personal perspective. Also, furniture in the living room was a bit old and ab-used (wear and tear marks are obvious) There are a couple of good restaurants near by but within 700m to 1km distance, which is 10 to 15min walk one way. So u have to plan ur timing and embrace the reality of Umrah situation.
