The premises are well looked after.

There was ample off road, secure parking

We were greeted by a friendly enough if unclean lady. The door mat said “take off your f%#king shoes”, all three rooms were unclean, poorly decorated…our room had sticky back plastic on all the walls! My parents room had see through blinds so they didn’t sleep all night with the constant comings and goings all night. Our room had 5 year out of date tea bags, no cups, no rooms had milk. There was dirty linen shoved in our wardrobe. The bathrooms had mold and cracks, my daughter had to clean the urine off the floor…but she used the dirty towels that were thrown in there. There are a multitude of shipping containers in the back with lots of people living in them. Two garages have families living in them. We found a half used bottle of wine, a roll of masking tape, a glass of cigarette papers and tobacco crumbs in various drawers in our rooms. Shocking that booking.com actually allow this sort of establishment. The vendors offer a total disrespect of the customer. You should be ashamed of yourselves. We had to leave my brothers wedding early in order to drive over 4 hours home, arriving after 1am with my 86yr old parents rather than spend another night at this disgusting place. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate, I wouldn’t keep an animal in such conditions.

we didn’t like anything about this place. when we got there to check in we called them multiple times and they didn’t answer once to let us in. we didn’t stay in this accommodation as it was absolutely disgusting inside and outside, rubbish absolutely everywhere, used razors, shampoo conditioner in the bathroom. one of the rooms, one of the beds had been used. doors looked like they had been kicked in so we didn’t stay due to us not feeling safe and the fact that it was absolutely awful! we tried to get a refund and yet booking.com and the place itself didn’t help us
