The Caduceus- Residence

Clean room, big screen TV, clean bathroom, quiet place, comfy bed. Helpful, welcoming hosts, both Daniel and Helena. No dogs anymore, they are chilling in the backyard.

The parking space and the heating was on. The staffs were nice to me when l asked them questions. It was closer to where l went.

The toilet was not cleaned, there was still rubbish bin inside the room when we arrived. The carpet has crumps which shows that the room has not been cleaned. The telephone box was right beside room 101 and they do not pick up the phone on time. So that woke me up few times. I quess the owner needs to pay cleaners, to clean after each visitors.

nothing we got abused and shouted at by Helena when we asking for help we left after being abused by bad language and aggressive behaviour of Helena

everything this is the most worse place you can come Helena is very aggressive when you ask for help with a door wich would not open I never ever go here again we got abused and called bad names and than kicked on the street at 23:00 and got told she will report me to the police we had to go home and our weekend London was destroyed the language of Helena is as dirty as the place is how can you say dirty words and bad language when there is a child nearby she also pushed my 11 year old daughter out the way also we got filmed what is only allowed on a public space this place is a real NO GO STAY AWAY when you want to enjoy your time near London when you ask help you will be out the door directly

It was ideally situated for our trip. The double bed was comfortable. Secure location and secure parking behind electric gates. Black out blinds.

Greeted by Daniel in his dressing gown. I think female travellers would have found that very uncomfortable. Text them 2 hours before arrival to let them know we would arrive at 7.30pm. One room still not ready. Bathroom not clean so they squirted some bleach around so it smelt ok. Tea cup was dirty, cobwebs around the windows. Room 203 the radiator wasn’t working so we found an electric heater in the cupboard. Make sure you take your own towel. The one provided only moved the water around your body and didn’t soak anything up. Didn’t realise it was a shared bathroom.
