Was easy to get in and out as you get a remote for the gate. Host very welcoming and kind and the rooms have plenty of storage and a very comfy bed perfect for my visit to thorpe park which is a 10 minute drive away would definitely go back.

Ran out of toilet roll would of been better stocking up

On arrival, we were met by a man (don't know his name). He advised where to park and welcomed us inside. He was very polite and courteous. He showed us the amenities of the room. We asked various questions about temperature control, TV, etc, and this man was very, very helpful. He did not rush, he took his time to explain everything and provide everything we asked him for. We needed help connecting the phone to the TV - this is something that he could have said is not possible but he went out of his way to investigate a solution and came back with one as promised. Next time we are in the Chertsey area and need a place to stay, we will look at this property again simply because this man is there. He made us feel very comfortable and it's so nice to be staying at a property where there is such a nice and helpful man available. He even sent a text asking if we wanted to stay another night but I think something happened to it as the text stopped working but that's probably our fault (otherwise we would have stayed another night). They should really name the property after this man and we hope to see him again in future. Hopefully, if he sees this review, he could let us know his name.

Nothing. The helpful man at the property was able to solve any issue so there were no issues.
