"Ruined my Holidays"

Location

I am very disappointed with the condition of the property. It is not clean, with spider nests visible throughout. There are screws partially protruding from the floor, which pose a clear safety hazard. The sofa is covered in dust, and both the bed and mattresses contain a significant amount of animal hair. Overall, the property is unhygienic and unsuitable for a holiday stay.

"Great Yarmouth Scooter Weekender"

It was in a prime location a gentle walk from town and close to all amenities. The van itself was very clean and had almost everything you need when staying away. The heating was perfect and heated the whole van so no one was cold and it was tastefully decorated. The double bed was super comfortable.

The van is in need of a pair of scissors, a sharp knife, toilet brush, sweeping brush and a dustpan and brush. The single beds were rather uncomfortable and could definitely do with a mattress topper.
