Close to amenities, clean (apart from a couple of things)

Toilet seat broken, fell off every time you sat on it. Very close to noisy main road (but to be fair we should have seen that when booking!) Couple of dirty items found around the caravan (child’s dirty sock In lounge, dirty tissue or similar in wardrobe) but only there for one night so didn’t matter too much

The caravan was clean upon arrival. Good that you can gain access from 2pm and 11am check out. The other door wouldn't open and informed the office and someone came out within 20min and it was sorted . The location is near great Yarmouth Not on any bus routes so you do need a car to get about. Though we didn't use it there was an enclosed decent area to play ball games

It was a bit noisy the main road is close by and it was bank holiday weekend and East Coast truckers weekend

Booked caravan as I was travelling on my own with 3 teenagers . This was preferable as we each had our own space over 1 room. Caravan was well equipped. Check in was easy.

I stayed at Marsh Farm holiday park with my sister in law and 2 young children. Unfortunately the experience was nothing short of problem after problem. Before arrival we were informed that due to a glitch in our caravan, we were being moved to a different one. The new caravan however didn't have a working oven, so they were getting someone out to fix it. We arrived at the caravan and were instantly put off by a horrible smell of sewage coming from the hall and bathroom. We informed the owner who said someone would be out to fix it. We were asked to leave the key in the keysafe, but unfortunately the key safe lock was broken and opened on any code. This meant thst for the duration of our stay, we had to take all our valubes out with us to leave in the locked car. The oven couldn't be fixed, so the owner kindly offered us a small portable oven. The following day we informed them again that the smell of sewage was very prominent and so bad that it left us unable to use the shower. Fortunately there was a separate onsuite bathroom so we could use the toilet. Because of all the problems, the owner offered us to stay an extra 2 nights for free. This wasn't doable though due to working commitments, and also the fact it meant we'd need more money for food, days out alongside other expenses. We have asked for some money back due to the issues, but for the last few days have been told we'll be "receiving an email shortly." Which i received a few days later with the money back. Also my niece 8 years old was covered in bed bugs which she had to get treated for.

The manager was very nice and tried to rectify any problems.

The whole place was very run down. When we turned up the van was very old, there were holes in the flooring, dead spiders and flies on the floor, the bathroom smelled rotten and the oven didn't work. The manager did move us to a better van but again the oven was not working which was inconvenient with two children. Nothing on site to do, on a housing estate but the sea front is around a mile walk away. It definitely wasn't worth £350+ and I was gutted as I could have booked somewhere better for that price, it did put a downer on the holiday.
