Everything was just perfect

We liked as it was home from home ,cooked for ourselves. Also Staff Sophie was very pleasant and welcoming, was ready to assist.

The only discomfort I felt was a stenchy from our main bedroom of sewage like ,had to spray Air freshener to douse the smell ,as it disappeared thereafter,I don't even know where it was coming from.

The caravan was spacious

The double mattress needs replacing and a leak in the ceiling when it rains

The property was not great nor clean, we felt it was so bad we left a whole day early!

Beautiful set up on the table. Clean caravans just needed a good hoover. Beds were comfy. Good size for a family of 4 in each. Picnic bench outside each caravan. 20-30 minutes walk to the beach. Quiet area. Staff were helpful and sorted things when asked. Was offered a free nights stay due to things that went wrong but declined.

No oven for two days. They didn't know it wasn't working before we arrived but got it fixed. One set of stairs to the caravan was leaning against the caravan and not bolted on resulting in a fall whilst holding a toddler resulting in bruises on arm and leg. It was fixed by maintenance. Both couches were broken before we arrived. Carpets left children with black feet in both caravans. Awful drainage smell when it rained. Limited things in the caravan to assist with cooking.

Lovely little caravan, good location to beach and good customer service

A little dismayed to see cleaners didn't fully ensure cleanliness of caravan, found sweet wrappers and nerf gun bullets on floor between bed and the wall of caravan, also in kitchen wooden flooring is peeling slightly in the corner
