The caravan was very clean throughout - spacious and nicely decorated .

Really cosy, homely and clean. Stacie was absolutely amazing she made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Very welcoming and kind.

The hairdryer provided was good.

Everything but the hairdryer. I was not given the caravan I was booked as it was shut down and had been months prior, it’s not a holiday park it’s a caravan site at the back of a council estate and 15 minute walk from anything, the caravan was freezing, I would have slept more comfy next to Putin than those beds, walking through to the pubs was scarier than Donald trump being president, the caravan I was put in alternatively was mediocre at best, the bathroom door lock was broken, someone had put a hole in the wall and it had only just been patched up, the noise of the roads made it comparable to having a nap on the M1, service desk apparently opens at 8am no one there to check us out at 8.30 and no one answering their mobiles, absolutely nothing on site but caravans and the smell of weed, advertised with children’s activities…. I’m not sure what walking past caravans does actually contribute to a child activity but hey, maybe I’ve raised a spoilt child, owner refused any kind of reimbursement for the mix up in caravans and offered no apology, leaving site manager to it all, I paid for a spacious caravan, nice looking on the outside with a balcony and leather sofas, but putting me and my child and my husband in a 3 bedroomed caravan with a typical sofa and no balcony was apparently enough of an apology, you can see the extra bedroom wasn’t needed. You can smell cigarettes at the back door entrance, just honestly. It isn’t a holiday park and I raised multiple complaints over the weekend. I expect some kind of compensation or I will take this further.

Availability in the winter month. Good heating. Bed sheets were ok.

Very smelly caravan... Not clean. Unwashed utensils and cutlery. Expensive for the quality of caravan they provide.
