Lavender Cottage, Clare

Lovely property, small but nice and clean. Had all that you would need for a short stay. Nice walk very close by. Not much choice of food and drink in the village but other nice locations nearby.

Parking can be hit and miss although there is a pay car park just a 100 metres away. As you are on the main road it can be busy although surprisingly not noisy.

Lavender Cottage was a perfect base in Clare. The hosts were so helpful with great communication and the milk and biscuits on arrival were very welcome after a long journey! The cottage is lovely - comfy sofas and beds, a well-equipped kitchen and all very cosy, and it was spotlessly clean. There was a travel cot for our youngest and some games and books which our two children loved. The location is so central, near the park, castle and lovely cafes and pubs. Thanks for a fab stay!

Loved the fact that we could visit Clare as two families and share the cottage next door as well . As the gardens can have shared spaces

Would have liked to see a dishwaher and a larger bin! Kitchen could have been better equipped.

Super leuk Engels huisje in een klein dorpje. Schoon en heel leuk ingericht. Goede communicatie met de eigenaars. Supermarkt en alle winkels om de hoek

Het huis is wel gehorig, licht aan de doorgaande weg. Maar omdat het een oude woning is hoort het er ook bij. Wij vonden het niet storend.
