"Great long weekend stay"

Spotlessly clean property with a mix of quirky old features with modern bathroom and kitchen. Lovely furnishings and decor. Aware when booking that the property is on the main road so was expecting some road noise. Parking was clearly explained in the welcome email. Easily parked in the car park which is 2 min walk down the road for £3 overnight and also parked on the road about a minute walk away. Can easily unload luggage by cottage. Lovely touch of milk and biscuits on arrival. Useful small outdoor area with seating. Loads to do in the surrounding area with lots of walks from the door.

"Brilliant weekend in a cosy cottage!"

Lavender cottage was lovely, spotlessly clean with everything you needed The beds were so comfortable too. Right in the centre of all the local attractions pubs and takeaways Nick & Lucy answered any queries straightaway after booking and sending all the relevant info for arrival We can’t wait to return!

Lovely quaint cottage, the most gorgeous bathroom and kitchen, two very tasteful bedrooms

The bedrooms were rather hot and the noise from the road/ yard wasn’t expected
