The bed sheets were used. We had to ask for clean bed sheets and the staff gave us new rooms instead . However, the pillow cases appeared to have been used with white saliva stains on them.
ZAZAZAZAThe location is great for any event, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There are also lot of pools and lapa's so people don't get crowded in 1 pool.

The room we were allocated to was incomplete. The water from the basin was leaking, no door to close the bathroom if you are travelling with someone it is very difficult to use the toilet. The window had a gap which made mosquitoes come through easily. No dustbin, the basin to brush teeth is too small, nothing to put soap on, less towels…please spray pest control because something kept moving on our heads when we were sleeping and in the morning when we were showering it showed up and it was Centipede and we were so scared fortunately we were not harmed.
