ZAZAI really liked the environment it was very good and welcoming
It was very hot in the room, so if they can put on the Aircons.

SHOWER AND TOILET FACILITES WERE AKWARD..Shower wasnt draining Properly and not properly enclosed..toilets isnt separated from the main room which is bad for privacy
ZAZAWe had an exceptional stay at the lodge! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during the extreme heat. Their patience and understanding truly stood out, accommodating our needs with such care. We were especially grateful for the private pool they provided, which allowed us to relax in peace despite the larger groups also visiting at the lodge. If you can add two sets of towels for two people's booking. Hot water pressure is very low

I didnt like that it doesnt have a restaurant, i also wish that we didnt share a pool with day visits.
ZAThere was no bathing 🧼 soap and mini dustbin in the room and not forgetting that water full up in the shower floor.last it's hard to turn on the cooling fan as the on/off rops there to up
Booked breakfast but I was embarrassed in the morning when I got to be refunded the breakfast money as I was expecting something to eat.
ZAThis property called two days after my confirmed booking (in June 2024) to say they don’t have rooms, claiming that they were sold out in February 2024 & the person responsible for the bookings did not update the system. This is the response I got when I contacted them telephonically to understand why my booking was cancelled telephonically by them & I was not convinced. They promised to refund my money but even today almost 3 months later they still have not refunded me. I’m really disappointed and will never recommend this place as they are not reliable…I made contact 3x since & I’m still awaiting my refund🥶
