ZAThere are plenty of pools tons of activities for kids, horse riding, stunning views, and above all else, the staff are ALL absolutely amazing. One can see development is still in progress, but if they keep up with the customer service, that will be their greatest selling point. I'm a frequent traveler, local and internationally, and i must admit, I'll remember their service forever. They beat 5 star hotels. Microwave, bar bridge and complementary tea/coffee/water provided. Just NO PLATES, bring your own
I know development is in progress, but they need to place tissue holders, an after shower towel (perhaps black/brown) on top of the shower mat cz the showers dont close and it kinda gets messy, and some kinda cover between the bedroom, the shower, and the toilet. ALL these are in the open areas, and so there is ZERO privacy. Doing my business while my child watched from the bedroom was uncomfortable. The fan isn't enough. The rooms need something stronger for the heat. Lastly, since it's largely self-catering, 2 plates in the room could do. I'd definitely recommend this place, and I'm 100% going back again in April.
