ZAZAThe location of the place. The place is exceptional. Good value for money.
Property not properly maintained as alot of pools were out of service, and no notification was done to the guests prior. No map of place given to guest, you must find your way around the property. On the website they offer alot of activities but only horse riding was available, quad bikes and boats not available (broken) 👎 Room that was allocated to us didn't have proper lighting upstairs. The were guests drinking the night before and left their bottles near the pool, no cleaning was done until we checked out. Paying attention to your guests no matter even if they not alot, because first impression counts. Proper housekeeping to be maintained daily especially if you have guests, guests must not call to get pool cleaned 🙄
ZAZAThe view from the room at dusk was absolutely breathe taking. Nothing matches it. I love the thatch roof look.
I wish they took their time to fully complete their renovations and checked if the rooms fit the standards. I was moved to another room because the one I was initially in, the shower had no water and the next room had no hot water. I had to find food far from the premises. Also why have bedside lamps that are very far from the plugs?
