Clean, close to where we planned to go. TV was lovely and Netflix was great to entertain kids

Reception people were totally unhelpful as they don’t cater for people who book through Booking.com …. Smell urine in bathroom, sofa bed was unusable, single beds I could feel springs, had to sleep on top of quilt so felt cold in the morning,the grey bedding made it feel unclean, towels were hard needs fresh white bedding soft towels, mattress toppers knew pull out sofa, everything else was ok

Lovely resort for families. Next to pretty walks in the woods. The Swimming pool area is perfect for families. The entertainment area is fun. The caravan is super. Very spacious and comfortable. The main bedroom has a TV. ☺️ Outside patio has lots of space. A quiet site. Good distance from Bournemouth and the New Forest is on your doorstep.

Curtain needed in the front room for anyone using the sofa bed. Large saucepans needed in the kitchen.

It was clean and modern, smelt lovely and felt homely. The swimming pools were great, kids loved them. It's close to the clubhouse so kids were able to have safe freedom.

Nothing, there was nothing to dislike.

The peace and quiet, how clean everywhere was and how friendly everyone was.

Only negative was there was no curtain for the front window

Really fast replies from owners, very accommodating and supportive of what we needed and really helpful. Facilities at the ground are really good for my aged children (3 and 6). Kids LOVED having a little twin room together. Windows that opened really wide was a great bonus as it was really hot out. Very clean. Would absolutely book again!

Couldn't find a tin opened or cheese grater but admittedly didn't contact them to ask, managed fine without.

Everything was provided in the holiday home, immaculate, plenty of space, hosts communication was superb, fantastic value and I didn't know it included access to the entertainment! This was meant to be somewhere to stay for a couple of nights as we had an event to be at in Poole, so literally just needed a place to sleep..... turned out to be an amazing short holiday, with plenty to do and we cannot wait to return! Thank you!
