Brilliant location. Close to the restaurants and beach. Breakfast menu from their cafe was great.

A full or half length mirror is an absolute essential to get ready. The lighting could be better, preferably warm lights could be an option. There wasn't any hinge on the back of the bathroom door - which is a must! Very difficult to open the door from the backside.

The location was perfect. Just off the main road and near tons of restaurants, shops, and an ATM. The rooms were modern and comfortable and the restaurant was really tasty and stylish. We were an 8 minute walk to Mirissa Beach down very cute local roads - lots of people walking around barefoot. The beach has lots of restaurants where you can use their sun beds for no extra charge as long as you are ordering some drinks or food.

We liked this place very much. Our stay was very comfortable. Whole area of this property is very nice and also very well lokated. We came with bus from Galle and bus stop is just in from of this accomodation. Rooms are located in nice garden and beach is really nice short walk. Staff was very helpful and they helped us with organisation of transfers and trips. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful guesthouse in the centre of Mirissa, a short walk to the beach! Comfortable bed, big bathroom and loads of space for clothes. The gardens surrounding the room are lovely and the cafe has great food and drinks.

We enjoyed our stay here, AC is working well and the shower was big with hot water. The location is great too, walking distance to the beach, close to Shady Lane we loved to eat there and also close to all the shops at the main road. The location is quiet at night, also perfect! I would come back here

Perfect location in Mirissa! The hosts were super friendly and extremely helpful.

Spacious room overlooking the garden area, great onsite cafe (discount was a nice surprise too) with friendly staff and a lovely dog. Reasonable value considering proximity to the beach and great restaurants.

In room kettle / coffee making facilities would have been a nice extra for when the cafe is closed. Additionally, no washing machine as the room had stated but the paid laundry facility offered was reasonable.
