"A Perfect Getaway Amidst Tea Plantations and they are pet friendly!"

This property is a perfect escape if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The views are stunning. It is an off-road of 100-200meters to reach the property. Simon, the caretaker, is friendly and welcoming. He cooked us delicious, homely meals. The host, Alok, was also amazing. He took the time to show us some offbeat places in the area.

Had a very pleasant stay- truly appreciate the warm and friendly vibe.Location...rooms...view from rooms...everything amazing about this place.Caretaker Simon is very sweet and efficient...prepared sumptous food and made sure we had a comfortable stay.Host Alok is very courteous and ready to help.He can take you for small hikes to unexplored sites... definitely a 10/10 for hospitality....shall definitely visit this place more

Dinner was good as taste wise and they service is also good...Food wise 🔥 One positive thing I like there is Jay Shetty books to read there...

No car parking space..... We have to walk 700 metres down it's so steep to reach ur location by walk..( Can't suitable for elders more than 40 ages and also who have knee pain or leg pain )... No TV and balcony view is not there at all... Bathroom doors and maindoor locking problem...

Staff was very nice.very good hospitality.

Room was not clean,the bedsheets and the blankets.eventhough the staff changed it but still it was not that clean.there were stains in the bedsheets.Saw cockroachesin the room.

"paradise on Earth"

Paradise on earth. Visited this place with my husband and pet Yorkie and stayed for 2 days. The place is truely breathtaking and the rooms have a rustic old aesthetic which goes well with the view from our window . They have provided all amenities including heater and a water kettle if you ever need to have a hot cup of tea or coffee. My pet was the happiest as he could roam freely in the property. Alok was welcoming, friendly also ensured we arrived safely and went above and beyond To ensure an awesome stay He also accommodated all our request. Such a sweet host. The caretaker (Simon) was friendly ,understanding and just a call away.He prepared delicious meals during the course of our stay. The property is situated in a valley and has an amazing 360 degree scenic view facing the beautiful green pastures and the hills. The sunrise from the top balcony takes your breath away. A must visit if you are planning for a trip to Kottagiri. We'll be back for sure :)
