The hot tub with a view - amazing! Great use of technology for lights & blinds (once we’d got the hang of it!) Quick and responsive host. Perfect, private retreat with good outdoor space and very comfortable throughout.

The property description mentions the stairs to the property, but it was still a little hard going with heavy bags.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. The house is decorated beautifully with glass walls all around to let in the spectacular marina view. So modern, just say Alexa open the blinds and they all open. The wrap around deck is huge with plenty of outdoor seating and bbq. And then when you think it can’t get any better, walk a little higher and you have your own hot tub! Hands down the best place we have ever stayed at. You gotta be good for the steep flight of stairs to get up to the “treehouse” but if that’s not an issue for you, you will love it here

A few things could have made our stay a little easier like some Saran Wrap or tin foil, and some plastic lidded containers to store our food. We didn’t have any dishcloths which made it tricky to wash dishes and wipe counters. The freezer needs a good defrost. But these things are so minor and do not distract from what a spectacular place this is

The property is absolutely gorgeous, well equipped to a very high standard. The views over Picton are stunning, especially at night when the lights over the town are very pretty. Checking in and out was very easy and the owner supplied all information before our stay. I would definitely recommend this property if you are staying in Picton.

A truly fantastic space with great views, including from the outdoor hot tub. Comfortable bed and furniture, very well equipped with everything one could need. Easy access to town and route to wine country. Communication with the host was excellent, he made sure the checkin went smoothly and provided tips to make our stay enjoyable and special
