Muy buena ubicación, a un paso del centro andando, y buen parking si vas con coche. Instrucciones para check in y check out muy buenas y precisas. El apartamento tiene de todo lo que se necesita. Salón y habitaciones amplios.

Carísimo para lo que es. Las camas incómodas y algo sucio en algunas habitaciones. Sofá muy viejo.

Comparatively good value flat for Edinburgh. Really spacious, dividing door from kitchen to sleeping area. Bedrooms are fair sized with comfy, firmer mattresses. The kitchen had almost everything you could need for a short stay. Great location with short walk to centre. Shops and cafes very close by. Joivy team was very quick to respond to questions. Check-in instructions were good, but there are a lot of padlocks. Look for the one in the check-in photo . Car park fob in the padlock box, which made it easier to sort out the car and bags. We enjoyed our stay.

I wasn't expecting perfection from other reviews. The only annoying thing was not being able to open windows in the main and smaller bedroom, which the Joivy was unable to resolve. This was OK for us as the weather wasn't too hot and most kitchen windows could be opened to give fresh air.

Good location, spacious, everything you needed. Was also a quiet building and local area, with everything accessible.

Some maintenance issues, needs a little TLC - small amount of black mold/rotten wood/missing grout in ensuite. Window blind broken in large double. Cupboard door in hall doesn't shut. Fan not working in bathroom. Didn't ruin our break, but let property down as otherwise would have been perfect in everyway.

Clean, comfortable and well maintained and equipped. In a great location for Edinburgh station and the new town as well as all the other sights.

Location excellent and spotless clean.
