Buen servicio al cliente

The property was clean. To get to the actual lobby was strange. You park in the garage, you take an elevator down to the street level, you walk into the building, take the elevator up to the lobby, about 5 floors or so, check in, then up to you room which for us was 2 floors up. The elevator said floor 2, in reality we were 7 to 8 floors up. In my opinion, this is a safety hazard as you really don't know where in the building you are, which in case of a fire or emergency could be a problem. Their is not much privacy for the restroom as their is no real separation, it is glass doors and open at the top, with no vents. Though the hotel was nice, I would not stay here again unless I was staying solo.

Nos quedamos 4 noches, en el tercer dia tuvieron poco personal en el desayuno y nunca me pudieron tener mi omelette, y la señorita Ana se equivoco y me hizo.mi check out a las 930am sin pedirselo. Hay una mesera llamada Sara que tiene excelente servicio al cliente.

No hay agua fría en la habitación 608

Sobre las instalaciones todo bien. Mi unica crítica y desagrado es esa diferenciación que hacen sobre el desayuno frío (incluido) y desayuno caliente (no incluido, costo extra).

las instalaciones son nuevas, la limpieza no es la adecuada, en tres día de estancia nunca limpiaron el piso de la habitación.

Buena ubicación
