The location and price was great for what you were getting.

The neighboring family with small kids was really loud late at night and very early in the morning.

The place, pool, staff.

The units were very spacious. The staff, especially the manager during our stay was very helpful and considerate. It was not so far from the beach, just a few minutes drive/ tricycle ride.

It would be better if the toilet windows had some curtains or oneway window film on it to provide more privacy. The air conditioner is only in the main bedroom, the living room/kitchen does not have an AC so it gets really hot during summer, leaving the door separating the bedroom and living room helps a little bit to cool both rooms but would be better if both had their own AC.

The place is far from the crowd. Has kitchen utensils and you can cook. The staff were nice!

I was almost electrocuted due to a faulty heater in CR. The staff said that that was not the first time it happened. Though the owner took immediate action to replace and fix the broken heater, it is crucial for the staff to be proactive in checking for safety issues like water conditions to prevent such incidents in the future especially that that was not the first time it happened.

The staff were excptionally helpful with organising anything from laundry,taxis or scooter hire, nothing was too much trouble for them and always deliveed with a smile!

I couldn't find anything wrong at all!
